2. Personal Data We Process

  • Identity and contact data (name, email, phone, employer);
  • Communications content;
  • Technical data (IP, browser, device, pages visited);
  • Analytics data with your consent.

3. Lawful Bases (Article 6 UK GDPR)

We rely on: pre-contract / legitimate interests for inquiry handling; legitimate interests for service operation and security; legal obligation for compliance; consent for non-essential cookies and marketing.

4. Recipients and International Transfers

We share personal data with processors under Article 28 contracts. Transfers to processors outside the UK are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs, or an adequacy regulation, as applicable.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary. Inquiry data is retained 24 months after last contact; access logs 90 days.
