Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of regsynq.com (the "Service") operated by RegSynq Ltd (25 Canada Square, Level 33, London E14 5AB, United Kingdom). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer-protection law.

2. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access.
  • You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by RegSynq Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process the content to provide the Service.

5. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Where you enter into a paid distance contract with us as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Email [email protected] with a clear cancellation statement; we refund within 14 days.

6. Disclaimers and Statutory Rights

The Service is provided "as is." Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Consumer statutory rights (including Consumer Rights Act 2015 satisfactory-quality and reasonable-care-and-skill standards where applicable) are not affected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed GBP 100, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of London, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence in the UK.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted with a new "Last updated" date.
